3 Göran Vävares Gata

Jeff and I just recently returned from a wonderful trip to Scandinavia. While there, we stayed at my great-uncle's home in Eskilstuna, where both he and my Mormor were raised.

Some of my favorite pictures I took on this trip aren't things that are average vacation photos...everyone is asking if we had a good time and I'm like, "Yeah! Just look at this tomato!" However, I love this set of pictures because it captures the essence of Morbror Stig's home to me.

Oh, and if it looks slightly off-kilter or tilted, it's because the house is.

  3. I. LOVE. My house is slightly off-kilter so I should just have you come decorate it for me, Scandinavian style, and then I won't get so annoyed with the crooked bathroom walls. (Fingers crossed.)
Jealous and excited for these pics.

  4. Love love love. Thank you for documenting this treasure. My favorite room is Hallon - Morfar said that they saw a lot of furniture that is just like it at the Nordska Museum. Lol - that house is a living museum!
